Fairfax Modern (unbuilt)

An aging suburban home in Fairfax, CA, with typical sloped roofs and shingle siding, was re-designed to be transformed through several phases of remodeling that would address repairs and convert the house to a modern aesthetic. To be included were a kitchen addition, bathroom remodels, energy efficient green upgrades and a master suite with his & hers home offices. The new kitchen design called for enlarging the house toward the pool and opening up the walls with floor to ceiling glass doors.
