Rustic Cottage w/ Wine

When one of the now infamous northern California wildfires destroyed their tent cabin in the woods at the edge of their property, the owners decided to rebuild it in stone. Now it serves as a peaceful and secure getaway. The new ‘stone tent’ is a reassuring one room shelter of classic proportions, tucked into a clearing in the oak trees, overlooking the scenic ridge beyond. An outdoor shower off one corner continues the old campsite feeling. Nearby, after a small hike, one arrives at the similarly rebuilt wine barn – the cabin’s more exuberant sibling.
